Thanks for clarifying the shareholder rights plan. Let's hope that MOGN has something cooking that will make this issue something more than moot.

BTW, I took the plunge and bought some CALLS just before the recent price surge when MOGN was trading at 6 3/4. I bought a small amount of August 7«'s and a few more January 10's. Tomorrow will dictate whether the August bet was fortunate. I have a little more time with January. MOGN is an investment. These CALLS are a crap shoot.
