chojiro, So far CIEN has been resilient. From what I hear from vendors, don't expect a warning. CIEN looks to be one that will stay in favor until the next down wave in the Nasdaq. Comparing valuations to even SCMR at this point makes it look expensive, but it has better product and is well positioned to take advantage of where the money is going in the network. Cyras holds a big key. In the event that it does crater, CIEN is one that I would latch on to for late 2001 and 2002 (pending Cyras delivery and sales). Good luck with your short.
