Hourly RSI on S&P 500 back to 50 level where it's been turned back many times before recently.

Naz vol still at 40. Many hoodies/newbies potentially trapped in tech that can't lose. Naz vol really looks like a giant base since March. If we close above 45 on this run sets up mini March potential.

On the flip side CAT strength/bounce past few days is impressive.
