Even with ORCL at 22, their PSR is >3 - ie, still too expensive. In fact what I've heard is that the M$FT data base so seamlessly hooks to NT that you're about to see a re-run of the office suite wars....with the same outcome. Fine for CPQ, not good for ORCL.
