The problem, IMO, is that for the past several years, the dip buyers have done well. But this latest dip buyers (climax on Tuesday) have not. Some of the dip buyers have already bought on the dip. Not a whole lot of money left on the sideline. Who is going to buy all the margin call related shares up for sale? On Friday afternoon, there are many new accounts and IRA contributions added. I am assuming these accounts are for trading, not money market funds.
