I'd start by getting rid of the tax cuts, then going back to the same tax rates we had under President Clinton. Then I'd put in place Paygo and require these bastards to pay for their spending with new taxes instead of dumping debt on future generations. Then, like Clinton, I'd increase taxes.

Clinton created the wheel that works. We don't need to reinvent it.
