Apparently Spain's President Zapatero is assuming the rotating Presidency of the EU. Was driving last night, listening to talk radio and apparently Zapatero's website was hacked and his picture was replace with "Mr. Bean". guardian.co.uk The resemblance IS uncanny!!: youtube.com youtube.com
