The tax cuts are already law. There is no bill to repeal them. Trump is the president. There is no bill to remove him. The only bill currently being debated is the omnibus SPENDING bill. On that bill, what SPENDING would you cut? What SPENDING would you cut? In other words, in the bill before congress right now, what SPENDING would you cut? SPENDING. What would you cut?
