Too optimistic imo. Three strong motives will remain in force even after the current Baathist/AQ ideological motives go crunch: criminal mobs kidnapping and extorting for profit, tribesmen waging blood feuds, and foreign agents making mischief as a form of self-defense for the regimes that sent them.
