Most economists say that the kind of drastic spending cuts they're pushing would badly stifle growth the problem is that most of these 'economists' are keynesians. the same keynesians that got us into the mess we're in. and to fix the massive debt problem, they want to increase the debt! if 'you' have a debt problem, try 'spending your way out of it'. see how that turns out for you. (i don't mean you personally MJ)
