Hillary had deficits? She was never in charge of anything remotely close to controlling the budget. She is neither culpable or gets credit for anything going on with the budget. The only evidence we have as to her competence at running a budget is her well documented disaster at managing her campaign funds, as well as the bloated beast the State Department became under her mismanagement. Whatever Hillary has touched as turned to shit and corruption. It's a good thing we were spared more of her nonsense. Good riddance.
