*I assume your reference to EXDS in par. 6 was meant to be LVLT as a better merger partner than an MNO that can go it alone?*

Thank you very much for the correction....just checking to see if you were watching<gg>... absolutely, LVLT appears to my eye to be an acquisition rather than an acquirer...always bothered me why Hindery honored Crowe so very much...now I seem to get the picture better....birds of a feather...

About the revenues and EBITDA and other financial matters I must and will defer to Robert when he returns, that is not my bag.

Your last question is something I can approach reasonably well, and will do so this evening...(still extracting foot from mouth)...it is indeed the crux of the consolidation vs. first mover battle ground. It is my biggest question, I have mentioned this previously. It is intimately involved with the feasibility of revenue targets you mention vis a vis the failing MNOs. A lot of this will play out according to momentum, and a lot of this will be decided by balance sheet clout, and ALL of this will play out according to adeptness of management to reconfigure their business models....so hold on.

I have not finished reading it, yet.
