There are a lot of very good reasons they exist, you just don't agree with them. It's the most efficient way to supply the market, the market that insists on being supplied. It's the way it will be until 2050 when we all become vegans.

We've had 3 vegan restaurants open here. All failed in under 6 months. It is very uncommon to find a vegan dish on the menu at any of the fine restaurants. There is obviously no demand or they would be there. I don't think 2050 is very realistic outside of your little world to be quite honest.
