Tell me why Detroit, MI, is still a hot mess.

Tell me why south Los Angeles (Maxine Waters' district) is still a hot mess.

Tell me why Baltimore, MD, is now a hot mess.

All of these cities are under the control of Democrats.

But no worries! Just a little "optimism" can fix all of this!
