Kidl, if there's one accolade above all others I can give to SI, it would be that they'd have to be beaten to a legal pulp before they removed posts that did not violate their Terms of Use. Many have tried. All have failed. That being said, yes, of course you should always back up posts that you consider both important and irreplaceable. Not sure about SI's archival of deleted posts.
