I came across this. How interesting. I did not know this was going on. I usually avoid politics here, but could not resist posting this. Seems to me the author's last name is a give away, as to the slant (my opinion).
I do have some Arabs work comrades (and friends). None of them are fanatics. Some of the smarter ones, who are trying to help the Palestinians, are doing it in a smarter fashion than many of the others (such as Arafat). They are starting to work the world court system, to push for reparations that were promised in the UN resolutions, but never issued. I guess what comes around usually goes around. The world is an interesting place, to say the least.
Being of Vietnam age, but not a vet (I was a yr or two too young), I can well remember how the Vietnam activists were branded, at least initially by the vocal majority. Well, having read a great deal of Vietnam war history, I would say the activists probably had a point (or two, ...), from day one. That is not to say or even imply I ever supported Jane Fonda's actions.
The right to be a peaceful activist is something I deem very important to the health of this country, but each to his own.

To follow up, it appears there will be more controversy with Sharon.
