Climate disagreements aren't driven by religious idealogy ... at least not Christian idealogy. (Maybe some New Age Cry for the Trees religious thing.)

It's just that greens are asserting things that require massive social and economic negative changes without rigid proof of the crisis they call up rhetorically.

It's better seen as a class conflict.
