<<AltaVista was part of DEC, so it was part of a huge deal--not broken out.>> Mark: You are right...IMO, CPQ overpaid for Digital by a long shot....one of the web assets that they inherited was AltaVista...it's a shame they really didn't leverage this firm's potential.
