The $500 million filing by Heckmann Corporation is the largest filing yet by a blank check company.

The company has two celebrity directors: Lou Holz, the former football coach, who currently owns 217,391 shares, and Dan Quayle, the former Vice President, who currently owns 108,696 shares.
