Yes, you're quite right David; that area can get very subjective....in fact, in a C-Corp, the IRS can (and do) try to place limits on what a corporate officer can take as total compensation....you probably know what I'm talking about..it has to do with avoiding double taxation. I should state right here though, that I'm not a corporate income tax preparer...I have enough to do in the areas I'm qualified in. DK
