Newsweek Puts American Flag In The Garbage By Rob on Default Say Anything Just recently Newsweek published an article critical of an unfounded allegation that had American interrogators desecrating Muslim holy books. The allegation has no apparent basis in reality (at least nothing that has been made public thus far) but one wonders how Newsweek can, with a clear conscious, criticize American military forces over putting a Koran near a toilet when they do this to the American flag on the cover of their Japanese version: See Newsweak magazine cover at link: sayanythingblog.com Its just another double standard for the mainstream media. They can put the American flag in the trash, but they have to call terrorists “insurgents” lest they offend somebody. They can refer to American NASCAR fans as “huns” but they have to call illegal immigrants “undocumented immigrants” lest they offend somebody.
