"having difficulties with SI?
first go to siliconinvestor.com and log in - check the box that asks to keep you logged in - then go to Dr Bobs page - if you scroll down SI's main page there is a direct link to his board under the title hot stocktalk - or just follow this link:

once you are there there you will see a "main post" by Drbob and if you scroll down there is the message list .... above the "main post" you will see "add subjectmark" be sure to click that also near that command is the option to hide the "main post" if you'd like
now that you have made a subject mark, notice the options along the very top of your screen - there is one called subject marks and if you click on it it will show you what boards you have marked and which ones have new messages ... when you are at this point, I find it very convenient to bookmark that location with your browser so that is the first place you go when you go to SI and you immediately see if there are new posts
also notice on that top line the is the word "inbox" .... if you make a post and somebody replies to your post, their reply goes directly to your inbox..... this is very nice if you pose a question and you don't have time to look through all the messages to see if somebody responded
you can also customize the options that you see and I'm sure there is a lot more, i'm still learning it myself - but I think it's as easy if not more so than RB, it just takes some getting used to
