Ideology is a dependent variable in Bradley's argument Dependent on what? The delivery structure, the 'pyramid'? That seems rather counter-intuitive, doesn't it? Almost like saying, "hello, this isn't what we actually believe, it's just what our current political structure permits us to endorse"? I mean, we all know it happens in real life but I've never heard anyone put it forward as an argument for reform, lol.
