I like the idea that Dems were decades ahead of the gop on global warming, gay rights, health insurance and so much more. A third party can't get the votes necessary to pass legislation. Dems can. You see the gop and how easy it was for them to cripple and destroy our government under Obama and now Trump and think it's normal. It's not. Their willingness to do everything in the power to stop a president from governing for eight years is as anti American as anything I've ever seen. Btw, the party of pure socialism is the gop. Their tax cuts come from borrowed government money.
