Westminster Res. Changed to 'Speculative Buy' at CIBC World Mark Toronto, May 14 (Bloomberg Data) -- Westminster Resources Ltd. (WML CN) was changed to ''speculative buy'' from ''buy'' by analyst Peter Linder at CIBC World Markets Inc.. The 12-month target price is C$ 7.50 per share.
