If you thought Columbia University might actually do some housecleaning and deal with the outrageous antisemitism and anti-Americanism of their radical Arab/Arabist professors, think again.

Actually, the Columbia report is quite well done. And, most of all as well as quite surprising, they've made the whole thing public. They had planned, as is the usual practice, to have one report for public distribution and a second, internal one for policy purposes. Not this time. All is public. Very good move.

Like most universities, Columbia lacks policies and processes for dealing, quickly and thoroughly, with student complaints. The real test will be whether they actually do anything about it.
