Richard, I sure don't know why, but I can guess. The focus for the company keeps changing every week or so and very little is completed as planned. Communication are confusing and could even be construed as manipulative. That's a management problem that needs to be fixed. Am I surprised? Not at all. Maybe Linda can say if I'm close or way off base. It's just my guess.
