Dan, Hank and all - When I first used Zicam, it took me a few doses to get the hang of it, too. I finally figured out how far the stuff squirts and now don't actually put the tip in my nose, just at the edge, so when it squirts into my nostrils it ends up in the right place. If it's getting into people's throats, something isn't quite right. I agree that they should revise the instructions to clarify this. -Eric
