They don't tell you this, but the way the TOS is written,
you CAN cancel via e-mail to customer service billing.
The cancel instructions under memeber services say only via
phone or letter, but the TOS refers only to `notification'
and not to its form.

What with the 30+ min hold times at AOL customer `service'
I'm surprised that by now AOL competitors aren't offering the same
service as do the long distance companies--- `sign up with us
and we'll handle the details of cancelling your old service'
