That maybe so in theory but, by the same argument, the State of Israel is also a charade -- and yet it "exists" as a de facto entity. Therefore, in the same way, the land Israel steals/appropriates/expropriates from the Palestinians in the West bank and Jerusalem will, de facto, also be part of Israel.
