Ron - are you paying attention? Or is it you who is buying? Likely the buy-back program is actually buying for once. 500,000 shares, where would that bring the price? There's only about 50,000 shares sold per dollar in share price, so far. oops, spoke too soon. More sellers are appearing and the price heading down, at the moment.
