Analogy to Microsoft. They have much more than 50% of the PC operating system market. Are they considered a monopoly and regulatable? Some do and some don't. I think this relatively low profile little seed company has quite a long way to go before that becomes a worry. Of course, it would be a nice worry to have because the market loves a monopoly.
