Bill, It just blew me away when they told me that I would have to wait one business day. I had never had ANY problems with Web Street and had actually recommended WS to several friends. Their streaming quotes and Level 2 are a bit slow at times, but overall, I would have to give them an 8 out of 10. That, of course, BEFORE, I knew about this latest news! IMO, totally unacceptable and making me wait until I can liquidate my portfolio before jumping ship. Perhaps, if Web Street were smart, they would be monitoring SI and trying to respond to our concerns!!! They, in my opinion, took a perfectly good thing and ruined it!!! Sue
