Bankruptcy Possible ... How to find out when the conversion will occur ? Look in the capitlization of the SEC 10K & Qs for the stock within the structure,. It should give the dettails of the conversion and the articles of the issuance Would You get in before or after the conversion in such a scheme ? That depends on what the filings state and so forth Bankruptcies are good if they emerge debt free and do not need to sell shares for revenues and no reverse split. BEWARE and CAREFUL when doing the DD on these type plays. Use common sense GB
