Steve,

No I don't know the time of the meeting. JagNotes only provides
the headlines not the details. I don't know if they are just meeting
with Paine Webber or if other analysts will be there as well. I'm
sure Investor Relations could answer your questions.

I do know that one analyst last week from Tucker reiterated his
buy recommendation when APCC announced their UPS for telecom
equipment. Maybe that new market will be addressed tommorow.

In any event I'm holding until this resistance level is taken out
to the upside.
