Yeah, that's the trick, isn't it? A single spark can cause a gas tank to go kaboom. How are we even able to drive these vehicles around with over 1,000 sticks of dynamite in them?

The answer, of course, is that you engineer the car to minimize that possibility.

Same thing with electric car batteries. Same thing with nuclear power plants. They're all engineering challenges.
