re I'm sure MD would have loved to trot it out a couple weeks ago.... John, I'm not so sure. DELL's PR department is superb at spacing good news. Although I have no data to show that it is designed to smooth the more dramatic fluctuations in stock price, empirical evidence would suggest it does have that effect. I wonder how many analysts are working late tonight to determine if their organization should issue an upgrade or downgrade tomorrow. ;-} DELLish, 3.
