We need international cooperation of the intelligence communities. Terrorism by the Islamists is an international movement and is no longer confined to the big guys of the AQ. And Bush is refusing to work with the international coalition. Hence his staying around is not serving the cause of fighting terrorism. Terrorism is number one. Not what Bush places as number one which is going to Iraq, removing Saddam so that Bush can spread democracy in Iraq etc. He is not fighting the terrorists, terrorism has never been his number one issue (thanks to what has been said by Richard Clarke, Bob Woodward, General Hugh Sheldon and Paul O'Neill)
