Josef, This seems to be vertical integration. if they can make insulated wafers and the silicon they lay down is Si28 then they will have an integrated process to make wafers. How large is the size of the wafer line at the new company? The industry wants 300 MM wafers, however the specialised industry they have traditionally served probably was happy with 150 t0 200 MM wafers. I see it as a good move, a buy when the markets is down. Bill
