David I think that you are making very serious allegations in a public forum that would best be served by either the SEC or the L.A. County District Attorney. If you have any information pertaining to stockholder fraud, federal/state labor code violations, wrongful termination, etc. concerning MRV, this forum is not a suitable place to address grievances. You have stated that "i know that they have manipulated stocks". This therefore makes you an accomplice to this illegal activity. I strongly recommend that you amend/retract your statement. If you're short on the stock, and thought that you would be cute with that usual "cooking the books" BS, think again! You may be exposing yourself to shareholder lawsuits that will make the few bucks that you had hope to make seem meager. Opinions are one thing - libel is another. If you want to impugn a company with fraudalent allegations, find another board for your posts. Some friendly advice, RP
