I like how the The Street article presented this tidbit. The words were carefully chosen to prevent a liable suit against them. The company has denied that NTOP's Balter had worked for Lermer (according to post on Yahoo per IR) and even Balter denied it. But they decided to mention it in the article anyway, but said in such a way that they are off the hook - OOPS we had the wrong person I guess it really was Bolter.
