what about gov pulling real estate tax rebate to home owner in N. J. how is that going over and will it affect the race?

My guess is that it won't have any effect on the general election. That's Codey's deed and Corzine will just waltz away from it.

As for how it's going down, I don't know. The biggest issue in that regard is the caps being put on municipal budgets for next year. Police Departments and schools are trying to find ways around the caps. But so long as it remains a zero sum battle within municipalities, it's constituency against constituency.

Codey seems to be very popular so any negative reaction to the real estate tax rebate may just get swamped by that.
