Re: Young Folk Portfolio ... Add On Buys

A week or so ago I stated that I had sold BMO and intended on investing those proceeds elsewhere. The proceeds from that sale came out to a little over $3,600. This was in a taxable account. I then moved $3,000 of that over to the Roth IRA and that maximizes this year's contributions into the Roth. All further monthly cash contributions now have to go into the taxable account for the remainder of the year.

In this portfolio a full position is $4,000. I decided I wanted to add to each of the positions below that full position threshold. I added small amounts to each of the following positions.

I added 1 share to each of the following:

AWK .. AMGN .. STE .. HSY .. TSCO .. SYK .. APD .. SPGI .. AVGO.

I added 2 shares to MKC .. 7 shares to RYLD .. 14 shares to XYLD .. 15 shares to TU.

Since I was making such small purchases, I didn't pay attention to valuations. The goal was simply to try and build each of these positions up in size where they eventually become full positions.
