"Temporary" injunctions are " I don't know what to do until a court case decides on the validity of the patents".... the patents will be invalidated... exactly how 20 or 30 so far have been (I lose count with CRAPple's bogus patents)... but Apple should be fined huge damages when they are overturned... so huge that it will prevent them for doing it again.... otherwise those aholes will continue manipulating the crappy patent system...
