You are right Dennis.

Not only does TSIG get the initial Card purchase but now that the consumer owns the Card he will have a hard decision about using another vendor. That means CCI has him at least for the next 20 purchases.

The retail cost is below the others with as large a selection of CDs as the rest. That will cause the satisfied customer to purchase another Card when the old one is used up.

Repeat customers without advertising.
