In todays market I don't think technology is any longer an issue with video conferencing- At question is the application itself (i.e. Video-conferencing ) and how it provides value to its users. It hasn't seemed to catch on has it? When I saw the $400 analog home video unit made by 8X8 in Sams store I was very impressed with the quality and thought for $400 this is going to jump start video. Wrong. One might suggest that until "something" changes video will remain a very niche market, with not very robust growth characteristics. VTEL might be a decent deal in the 2's but don't put your blinders on. KG
