MSGR filed 8-K, Current Report, stating the company filed an amendment to its Article of Incorporation to change its name to MetaSource Group, Inc. On April 22, 2002. It also increased authorized shares to 100,000,000 from 25 million. The stock is trading on a post 1:18773 reverse split basis as of May 28 and under its new symbol. Previously it traded under COBB.
