Thomas, I think all exchanges are somewhat similar to the TSE. The idea is to give a semblance of sincerity and honesty to what is really going on. They are the cover. The fact that they are not quite aware of it, IMHO, aids this process. The same thinking can be applied to most bureaucracies IMHO.. Personally I don't think the NYSE or Naz are any better then the tse,, just smoother... russell
