I'm thankful that Bill doesn't get his way, else NYC becomes that stereotype. I can see store owners chasing thiefs down side streets, guns blazing, killing bystanders with their wild shots. You don't have to worry about that happening in NYC. Their gun laws are so restrictive, most who carry do so illegally and they are the bad guys. NYC does not even accept NY State concealed carry permits. Do you have any concern for the shop owners and innocent bystanders in NYC who get shot everyday by thieves with blazing guns?
