Nothing has changed at the broker pimps. its bad advice as usual.< Those price targets seem ludicrous to me today but who knows these stocks could get there if there are enough unsuspecting suckers. Did you see the upgrade of MU raising its price target to $12? And the stock closed today over $15? I'm the biggest sucker of all for not going 100% long last October or at least in March. And yes I do think we have a perfect recovery priced in today and not just in this sector but many others as well. RtS
